There are 35 forms in three levels that are still praticed today in Hōzōinryū Takadaha Sōjutsu.

In addition to our regular training sessions on Saturdays from 10:00 to 13:00, we usually organise four long spear weekends each year.
Saturdays 10:00 – 18:00 Sundays 13:00 – 18:00
